A project in which multiple sites without substantial and systematic content management were migrated to a single multi-domain CMS that enabled a unified way of configuration of each site by a single administrator and content moderator, despite complex and diverse nature of involved content. Many issues are expected when an established site is migrated to a new system, and the solution included handling of redirection from old locations, as well as SEO campaign that ensured lowest possible negative impact of migration on the whole system.

Non-commercial project, a page that I've made for my student group while we were beginning our computer science studies. The platform is based on Joomla CMS.

This was a project, in which a small team developed a simple web page in Flash, and a site based on Joomla CMS with common Web 2.0 functions like forum and user gallery. The promotional side of the page had a very simple content management, as the content was meant to be rather static. On the other hand, it involved dynamic graphics implemented in Action Script.

Agile methods were used, and immediate feedback resulting from frequent communication with client enabled the team to adapt to changing requirements and deliver a satisfying solution within anticipated time frame.
